I only weigh 48 kilos (1.67 tall, 20, female) and feel very bad about this. When I look in the mirror, I see a normal body, and even find some chubby areas, such as my belly and thighs. I don't see myself as one of those stick-figure models. I am afraid that I see myself differently than I really am, like people with Anorexia think they're fat when they're not...

  • tá meio magrinha hein, tome cuidado para isso não virar doença

  • Here's the thing: people have different builds. Different skeletal structures and different natural fat distribution. 48 kg might be too low a weight for another person with the same height, but for you, from your discription, it's healthy. So if you look healty, then you're doing fine. If you're not consciously skipping meals or puking them back up to drop weight, then I'm sure you don't have to worry about anorexia. It's completely normal to be a bit more critical of your own body, and as long as you don't lose yourself to it, it shouldn't be a problem.
