I feel like my body is shutting down any moment. But I can't get rest. It's all so stressful. If it isn't my body, it will be my mind that shuts down. But what can I do? Nothing.

  • Sometimes when I can't sleep, maybe excercise in the afternoon may help. Try to relax, meditation , music therapy. If you still can't sleep for many days, maybe should go to a doctor. Have a good rest.
