When one thing goes wrong everything starts going wrong. I get so frustrated and in my head I can't even think straight. Everything starts getting on my nerves. The little things set me off on a reckless rage. I can't control my emotions
When that happens, stop and take a feep breath. I mean inhale very deep and hold it for about 5 seconds and slowly release. Seriously, try it next time.
Read books on meditation and find a good one to practice.
