I wish all companies had chat or do it yourself options online. I need to switch insurance companies because I found a quote that's a third of what I pay now and more benefits. But to cancel the current one, I have to call. Dude. No. I don't want to talk to people. I just want to push a button to cancel my service, another button to deny talking to a rep, and another button to confirm everything. If they had chat, I'd use that. But phone calls just make me so nervous. I get they want to save business, but the possibility of pushy retention people make me even more nervous.
