I want to be healthy and cut sugar out of my lifestyle...but I can't. The mere thought of it makes my life so uncolorful and bland...how do people do it?
Each time you crave , I mean really crave sugar,. have a very dark chocolate. Don't stack sugary snacks at home. It's hard if you keep thinking about it, but once you do it, Your body will get use to it. Best of luck.
