Social anxiety is getting out of control, started developing other symptoms. Can't control it anymore, I just dont know what to do. I cant always be drunk but that's the only thing that helps a little.

  • Get help. Get yourself into therapy. If necessary, get someone you feel comfortable with to go to a doctor with you so you don't have to be too nervous talking to strangers while trying to arrange your treatment. Drinking isn't a solution, you know this.
