I started smoking cigarettes when I was 14. I am now 23 and still smoke. That's 9 years of at least a pack every 3 days or so. I just want to quit and get healthy. But I can't get the determination.
Same age I started and stopped on 22. The best way to do it: start training, start running, you will become fit and wont have time for smoking.... I miss the smoke, but wont touch it, my body is not worth it :)
