I've been eating just soup for the last few days. I'm super fat and need to change the way I eat. I ate too much in the past and also a lot of things that weren't good to me cause I'm diabetic. I'm tired of being the fattest person wherever I go.
just make u dont lose urself in the process. take care of urself in the best healthiest way, from experience i can say with the right amount of discipline it can help you long term but dont force urself too much, if u do then ur more prone to relapsing and going back to old habits. watch healthy, affordable recipes on youtube, they could always help. with the smallest changes in ur lifestyle of just going on a 10 minute walk everyday can really help u too. good luck♡
go to nutritionist tho or eat a lot of green vegetables i guess
