Everytime when I'm mad, sad or angry I imagine how my own funeral would be like if I killed myself and who would be there. I even have written letters for different people which should be read out loud there, It always helps to calm me down.
Nobody reads suicide notes at funerals. That's an incredible taboo
I think that suicide is the greates act of selfishness, the fact that you decide, that you are gone forever, and people who care about you din't get a chance to have a word on this? but the sad thing ist, i sometimes feel the same way..
