I know that I'm overweight, but i still can't stop eating sweet, chips and other thing that contains a lot of fat, and calories. It's not like I don't wanna loose some wieght..

  • just replace the sweets gradually, like instead of chips, go popcorn and then instead of popcorn go rice cakes. Instead of sweet chocolate cakes go banana/chocolate cake, then onto carrot muffins, onto fruits and keep going! hope this helps.
