Some people have a nail biting problem. Me? I bite off pieces of skin and eat it. I don't understand why I do it and why I can't stop.

Thanks I really thought I was very strange. This is the only thing I wouldn't have ever admitted to anyone. It's not just my lip I get skin from pretty much hands and feet. Occationally elsewhere.
