I am a 22 yo old man from southern europe and 2 years ago i started on loosing weight cause i was overweighted after a year i lost about 30 kg (66 pounds) and now i am 62 kg (136 pounds) so the previous year i took a desiccion to try and be more athletic and train my body as much as possible, now i make 7 workouts a week such as weight lifting, running 10-11 km (6-7 miles) 3 times in a week, i also excercise in muay thai and playing soccer once a week! Except all these i also have a very healthy diet...the result is that i really look good from each point of view but i cant stop wanting sth better for my body every day.... i look myself in the mirror like 3 times a day and i am affraid that i am an extreme narcissist and might need help....
