I finally decided to consult a psychologist, I'm really scared of the first session. I will definitely cry again and again.
Hundreds of dollars just to talk to someone I'd cry too..
The first few times you cry, then you feel OK, then you start to smile. All those things are normal emotions--they're what make you human, after all--so don't fight it. Besides, sometimes just talking about something makes it much less worse.
