If you have any thing that emits blue light (screens from phones, music devices, or tvs; alarm clocks; or lightings) try and remove them and be sure to look at a different light before sleeping. Also getting checked by a doctor can work wonders, a couple years ago, due to stress my body stopped producing melatonin. I would fall asleep at random times because I could never fall asleep on a scheduele. They noticed that and it made all of the difference
