I seriously need to lose weight now. But I have no money for the gym, and have to work at daytime. It's too dangerous to go jogging at night for a woman in this city. I am getting frustrated. I have only eaten fruit instead of sweets in over 4 months now, and am really determined to get in shape..

  • hi folks, i am happy to see your comments! the problem is i live in a teeeny tiny apartment with no space for exercising. i am seriously pinching every penny already, and eat crazy amounts of vegetables. i cant let go of fruits, they are really healthy, i need the vitamins.

  • Go on youtube. And look up short workout videos. Or do insanity or T25.
