I don't have self control on my thoughts and situations, I want to improve my will power
and also... quick suggestion - get up and write down 2 questions for your day..questions such as - eg---- what is going on in iraq and what are the reaction by the major nations of the world on it? ... once you write these questions for your day... whenever you have free time just try and think on these questions and work out on their solutions and explanations... very soon you'll not only rid yourself of your negative thought but your enhanced knowledge will work wonders for your self esteem....
