Lately I have been so down and out. But, I feel so trapped when it comes to voicing my pain. It is starting to feel toxic. I am only getting worse.

  • Medication helps. Also, seeking out others, even if you can't vocalize what's wrong. If you can find the right people in your life, they will understand you're hurting, even if you can't tell them what's wrong.
