How do you all lose weight? And dont just say "diet and exercise"..what diet do you guys do/workout works good for you? Needing to lose 20+
I lost 30lbs by eating tuna (in water) .. chicken, salads .. water was the only thing I drank no soda. took vitamins to get all my nutrients and worked out 5 times a week. lost it all in 6 to 8 weeks.
eat less. run whatever you can run every day. like even if it's just like 100m thats great just do it
