Take it off your chest...

I'm 17, about to enlist in the United States Army, I'm highly intelligent, I scored a 29 on my ACT, a 91 on my ASVAB, and everybody says that I'm throwing my life away. When really I don't know what I'm good at, I seem to be fit, I'm strong and in shape. But I want to be a soldier and defend those in my country. And I'm a softie so I don't know if I'll make it.

  • The military has the sweetest benefits package anywhere, but humping an 80lb pack around the desert for 20 years while leave you a 37yo cripple. Use your ample free time to get your college degree online and reap the benefits of a military career as an officer ( air conditioned office job and sweet sweet paychecks)
