  • I get nervous doing the mundane things in reality, such as yesterday I was nervous about my eye test. I don't go out much and I'm happy alone. Ask a friend to take you for a coffee or other drink in a cafe, then see about taking yourself, try as a scheduled weekly occurrence. This routine will allow you to build upon it, maybe DO a bit of shopping after a few weeks. It can be overcome, but it will take time.
