Today my mother was teasing someone for acting in a gay manner, like there's something wrong with it. It's funny that she insists she supports her gay daughter, but says things like this right in front of her..
Is it possible that she supports gay rights and her daughter, but not stereotypically gay personality traits. Or maybe it's a case of identity crisis where she supports her daughter because she loves her, but her ingrained actions from youth are hard to overcome.
