I worry about simplest things, future events, decisions I made and to be made. I think a lot before I do anything so much that it gets painful.
this isn't a bad thing mate! sometimes I also do the same and it just depresses me but than I am thankfull that I thought so hard about something and didn't do something stupid instead
one simply tip helped me get over these sad moments , find something where you have to totally concentrate on it, like playing games, meeting friends, listening to music
