  • Do something that makes you feel good. Do you have a hobby or other things which you think are fun? Don´t give a shit what other people say, you can´t satisfy erveryone and you don´t need to. Maybe try to learn some cooking, so you can control what you eat. You don´t need to starve or be super athletic to lose weight. Weightloss is a very long and hard journey. There will be times where you just want to give up but if you keep going it pays off. You can´t avoid sports. If you feel uncomfortable with you appearance search for homeworkouts on youtube like fitnessblender. Do both cardio and weightlifting. Try to drink more water and ditch soda or juice. Don´t cut out carbs completely, your body needs those to function and they give you energy. Try to use healthy fats like olive oil, avocado or nuts. Search the internet for healthy recipes, but avoid those who advertise a really low calorie number. I know it´s really hard to keep up with eating the right things without binging, I did it all myself. If everything fails, please contact a professional. I hope I could give you some helpful tips.
