Through Depression and Panicattacks, i barley sleep 3 or 4 hours at night. I'm tierd as shit, got a lot to do and my Days are full vrom 6:30 am to 9 pm. I start making mistakes at my Job, lose my spare social Contacts and everything went wrong. And i can't tell anybody because they wouldn't understand.
