I want to work out and get my body in shape again, I really want to be in a relationship again. But exams require studying until late at night.... I never have the time to go to the gym, and it's been too cold to jog outside for months now (live in the arctic circle). I never get to meet new people, and I know almost nobody after moving here for uni. Seriously this sucks. If only I had more free time!!!!

  • If you have an exercise bike with a back rest it's fairly easy to keep your legs moving while reading from a book.

  • you can keep a good shape by 1. walking at least 1 hour right before you wake up 2. just do a basic stretch rotine to keep your joints and posture healthy. you'll be tottaly fine.
