I really want to smoke some of this high-grade weed my friend gave me, but I'm terrified I'll have a panic attack again.
If you want to, go for it. Otherwise don't force yourself. If you decide to, do it in an environment that you can just be yourself. Sit down and watch a movie, play a game, whatever. If you don't do it often, don't smoke too much. The worst kinds of high happen from over smoking. People will brag about smoking a bowl or a blunt, just do A hit. One will be more than enough.
Oh but weed helps with panic attacks --- weed addicts. People are stupid and ignorant.
