Through out my whole life I have been super skinny. I'm not saying this to brag, I can't help it. my metabolism is very fast so its hard for me to gain weight. everyone says I'm perfect, but I'm not! it irritates me on how skinny I am. I hate my body. Its not fun, I just don't know what to do to help me gain weight....

  • It is a misconception that your metabolism is 'very fast', calculate your caloric need and just track your calories. While maintaining a caloric surplus, work out a few times a week to stimulate muscle growth. You'll feel a lot better if you want to grow, be more confident. But remember to BE CONSISTENT. Don't eat > 3500 calories todag and 1900 tomorrow.
