im a disgusting fat man, will never have the discipline to lose weight to be even remotley nice looking..its way too late for me, but i had a beginning too, i just want to say, if you are overweight please please please for the love of god dont let it go any futher, do something about it now, find any diet that you can stick with, even if its not any fruit or veg and just mcdonalds if it keeps you healthy and lean do it. please dont end up like me. ive lost so much...

  • Its not too late!!. eat smaller portions (also cut everything in smaller pieces 1. it takes you more energy and you are so focussed on the food that you know what youre eating 2. it takes so much longer so that you will have more time with not eating something new I know this will be hard at first), no juices, fizzy pop or any other sodas just water(maybe some fruit in it or lemon or mint leaves), tea or coffee (without milk and no sugar) Eat more fruit and veggies, less carbs (spaghetti, Rice or potatoes (sometimes maybe leave it out) > just replace it with extra meat or vegetables (do this the first months until you feel like you are at a certain weight that you feel like you have more control over your weight + eating habbits). Get some weights small weights is fine, get off your couch, walk a little longer every day... dance in your room to your favourite song... and do sit ups start with one and every evening one more. go swimming, cycling, walking down and up the stairs, just move your arm and legs like a spasm and just everytime you feel hungry first drink a glass of water and then check if you are really hungry or just tired, unhappy or lonely, bored. You can do this like the smallest things can change it. Even if you would like to sometimes eat something unhealthy with more salt or sugar just take it but a smaller portion like so you can eat from it at least two days (pizza, normally you eat one alone or half now eat two days from it) which can also help you to spend money on fruit and veggies and have more change throughout the day/week.

  • start exercising it's not too late ! i used to have 240 pounds and i lost 40 pounds. I know that's not a lot but fuck it slow but steady :D
