My best friend hurt me really badly last year and now a year later I realized that I have changed a lot since the end of that friendship...and sadly not in the best way. I have withdrawn myself from my friends and by now I am not even able to tell them I love them (which I do because they are such great people) or to talk to them about my problems because I fear they are totally annoyed by that...I don't want to be like that. I want to be able to talk to my friends freely again...but I don't know how to achieve that again :(
