I can't wake up early even if i fall asleep early :( that's a bad thing that made me lose a lot of my lectures and sections.

  • If waking up is hard for you, try this. Whenever the alarm wakes you, just jump out of the bed and say "Yes! Yes!". Ok this might sound a bit retarded but I do this when I have to go early to my work and I live alone.

  • I used to feel like that too. If you can, you should go out and start running or brisk walking if you can't run. Sweat a little and you'll sleep better. You'll wake up and feel better.
