I am a senior in high school and am not doing so well in math. Should I tell my mom?
fuck that man i always sucked in math all my life and now i'm chill.
Yes, you should. I was in the same situation two years ago, and my mother helped me to find a really good tutor. It was a lot of hard work, I had to do exercises daily, homework for normal school and for him, and we met up at least two times a week, sometimes every day for a week before a test. And guess what? When I got my A-Levels, I actually had a 1 (that's like an A) in Maths, with 20 points out of 20, while I had only 19 and 18 points in my honors classes :D And before, I had failed every test in math class for about 2 years and was only able to get to the next class because my other grades were that good and I at least tried to do my homework and participate in class. So yes, tell your mother, she'll help you.
