I really want to get fit, but as I've said before eventhough I am 24 and a nurse (as what they wanted me to be) my parents won't let me out to go somewhere, or stay late, so in short they are really strict, meaning I can't even go to a gym, I asked them already. So I decided that I will build my own equipments, though I don't know what to do for a women's excercise, but I will google and try my best, for starters how many kg. of dumbell should I make?
