So, I have no idea if this tip works, but it helps me when I have depression. If you're like me and you stop eating when you get depressed, take some vitamins and a glass of milk with instant carnation breakfast to keep your body up and runnin'. Because the last thing you want is to collapse of malnutrition. It isn't enough, but it should still help. Everyone, stay strong out there!
