According to the period tracker app on my phone, I'm not supposes to get my period for another week but I'm already cramping. Screw you Mother Nature.

I'd suggest vitamin D, as in dairy products. But most of all, avoid food that leaves wind/gas. Cramps happen because there's always a little wind in the stomach in those days and it's the pressure towards your ovaries that make you feel that kind of pain. Ibuprofen may help if you need instant relief, as it's not as hard on your stomach as paracetamol. But don't be angry at mother nature because of that please. A lot of not interesting stuff will be going away out of your body together with your menstruation. 😊 Unless you suffer from something else... Anyway, wishing you the best!
