Does working out ever stop hurting?

  • It gets easier, as in say you're running, with practise you'll be able to run longer distances before getting tired, but it's always tiring and if you're doing a good workout for your level you'll always have achy muscles after. It does get easier to do, though, just remember to stretch out enough after every workout and that'll help :) keep it up!
