Does working out ever stop hurting?
no if it hurts it works if it dont it dnt wrk
It gets easier, as in say you're running, with practise you'll be able to run longer distances before getting tired, but it's always tiring and if you're doing a good workout for your level you'll always have achy muscles after. It does get easier to do, though, just remember to stretch out enough after every workout and that'll help :) keep it up!
