you are too young yet, when you turn twenty something you will look like a dwarf person.
i can see you're doing it all wrong,wrong mindset and wrong objectives. focus on lifting more on the deadlift/squat/bench/row. search for a basic 5x5 training and you'll have muscle in no time,and guess what,you'll have strenght too.
