I'm determined to do whatever it takes to get this weight off. I've been eating healthy. No salt, no sugar, no pasta, no bread. Going to the gym as often as I can and for as long as I can. I can't say I'm doing this completely for myself. Of course I want to lose weight so guys, or girls will notice me. I want to look in the mirror and love my body. I haven't given up, and I won't give up. My goal is to lose thirty pounds by my b-day in mid July. My overall goal is to lose 70 pounds by this time next year. Six pounds down already!
