I'm in desperate need of losing weight. I've tried everything I can think of... I've been thinking of finding some Adderall...but I'm not sure how hard it would be to "kick the habit"...I've never done anything like this before...

  • Eat oatmeal with honey on it. I have a recipe for you. This is my breakfast every morning. Made me lose 3kg. And i have just started. First boil 2,5 dl water, then put 1 dl fiber oatmeal. Let it boil. Meanwhile cut of the skin of an apple. Then when you have a grated apple. Put it in the oatmeal. Let it boil for some more minutes. Until the water is gone. Then when its done. Water should be gone. Put it in a bowl, one or two spoons of natural honey. Then some ligth milk and enjoy your meal. A healthy start is always a good one
