I'm in desperate need of losing weight. I've tried everything I can think of... I've been thinking of finding some Adderall...but I'm not sure how hard it would be to "kick the habit"...I've never done anything like this before...
Eat oatmeal with honey on it.
I have a recipe for you. This is my breakfast every morning. Made me lose 3kg. And i have just started.
First boil 2,5 dl water, then put 1 dl fiber oatmeal. Let it boil. Meanwhile cut of the skin of an apple. Then when you have a grated apple. Put it in the oatmeal. Let it boil for some more minutes. Until the water is gone. Then when its done. Water should be gone. Put it in a bowl, one or two spoons of natural honey. Then some ligth milk and enjoy your meal.
A healthy start is always a good one
