Take it off your chest...
Read Rules

The idea of a "Stay interview" led me to quit my current job. I don't need that kind of stupidity and stress. Anyone with social anxiety is going to hate doing those. They asked me to do an "Exit Interview" but I blew them off completely. I was lucky enough to be hired before such procedure was put into place, and feel no obligation to comply. Moving to a smaller company without such retarded regulation and am being paid almost twice as much to do less work. No complaints.

  • From what I understand, Stay interviews is when they interview current staff as to what they like and dislike about their job, in an attempt to retain staff. Sadly, many approach it as a second job interview or with a hostile "Don't event hink fo asking for a raise" attitude that does the exact opposite of what is intended.

  • I don't really understand what you're talking about but, guess what,a company doesn't really want someone who has bad anxiety issues.
