I'm 5ft and I weigh 221 pounds. I am DONE being this big. I don't care if I have to starve myself...I refuse to weigh this much.
Starving yourself will make you gain weight because your body will go into overdrive trying to keep you from dying. Then it will break itself down and deteriorate your muscle. Don't starve yourself. Just eat smaller portions and make better food choices (lose the soda and high fructose corn syrup for some fruit juice or veggies). Exercise, too. Talk to your doctor and work out a diet plan that is right for you.
