There are days when not a single thing goes down in my throat (I mean I don't eat) and then there're days when I'm constantly eating, from dusk till dawn. I used to have bulimia, too. Am I having some kind of eating disorder at the moment, too?

  • Like sleep and exercise eating is something you must do daily and in moderation for your health

  • what you're doing is not healthy, I also ended up binging one day and restricting the other after i "beat" bulimia. Maybe try seeing a counsellor or a helpgroup ( e.g. overeaters anonymous) You should try to get your eating habits leveled out
