There are days when not a single thing goes down in my throat (I mean I don't eat) and then there're days when I'm constantly eating, from dusk till dawn. I used to have bulimia, too. Am I having some kind of eating disorder at the moment, too?
Like sleep and exercise eating is something you must do daily and in moderation for your health
what you're doing is not healthy, I also ended up binging one day and restricting the other after i "beat" bulimia. Maybe try seeing a counsellor or a helpgroup ( e.g. overeaters anonymous)
You should try to get your eating habits leveled out
