I just wished that my "bff" could understand that I go to school, then I go to work then get back home to go to another school at night and the last thing I need is she telling me that 'I should stop to care about what the boys think of my appearance'. I feel like asking if she realizes she's doing nothing but dragging my self-esteem low when she tells me I should be thinner, do three thousand facial cleanings and straighting my hair more often. You know, I would really put my "looks" if my family wasn't in need of the money I've been paid. When she says I'm not a girl, it hurts. I just want her to stop, but I guess some people need to criticize everything to feel like they're perfect? So, honey, keep yourself worried about what the boys think, you'll never need to work on anything other than your look anyways...

  • Honey you a fine ass woman regardless as to what she thinks, if you've to go out of your way and make time in the day when there really ain't no free time all just to impress a man then bitch he ain't the right man for you

  • Honey a real woman ain't got to spend 5 hours in the bathroom to look decent for a man. If you feel good with your natural beauty then she's right. You aren't a girl. You're a woman. Only girls need to bury themselves in makeup to feel pretty.
