My every week:I start like I feel ok,and as the days go,I get depressed,I feel really bad,and I start to look realisticly on some things which makes me more sad.And then after being a sad depressed idiot for like 2 days,I feel kinda ok again,get some hope&optimism back, and the whole things starts over. I know some kind of reason for it,but there is no such thing that can help with that,so I'm pretty much fucked. Honestly it sucks,I wouldn't wish this feeling for anyone.
