I'm already 10kg over my ideal weight and have been for a long time. Every time I try exercising I do it once or twice and when I don't see immediate results I get depressed and end up putting on more weight. I'm just too lazy to bother.

  • I have the same exact problem. Even when I try to change my diet it doesn't seem to work but I hate exercising and I don't see results. No money for a personal trainer either. It sucks! I wish I were more motivated to exercise but meh
