I'm so stressed about work. I'm trying to get my metrics up and it's stressful. One bad call kills my metrics. I have to keep my handle time low, but get everything solved effectively and keep the customer happy. I have to try and not transfer so much. Do everything I need to do in a timely manner, make sure everything is covered, customer understands everything and is happy. And on top of that, find a way to upsell.
