This site has changed a lot in the past half year. There are amazing, wonderful people on here, but somehow, the people on this site have become more judgmental. There was a post of a bigender person, a while ago, and I can't even begin to tell how mean the comments were. No matter if you think being bigender, or transsexual, or gay is not okay, you should remember that the people who are can't change what they are. It's like not being able to change how tall you are, or what colour your eyes are. You can try to disguise it, to hide it, but you can never really change it, because that's just what nature has given you. The people who come to this site, no matter their identity or sexual orientation, all come here to get support they don't get in real life. And I think some people here have forgotten that there are humans on the other side of these posts. Human beings with feelings. Yes, this site provides anonymity, but this anonymity doesn't change the fact that your words hurt someone. I don't say you shouldn't express your opinion, but there's a difference between expressing an opinion and being mean and hurtful. That defeats the purpose of this site. We come to get help, and to give help, and everyone who forgets this should just think twice about the necessity of their contribution.
