I second running. but put your energy into something that is relaxing for you.
If I may, I recommend listening to a fast pace song that's loud and scream into a pillow. if you're not satisfied, use it to work out. it'll help, especially when running. Master of Puppets album + Running= Stress Reliever. Hope you find a healthy solution to releasing your anger 👍💜
