My parents argue again. breaking glass. i have panic attack. please help
I'm sorry you're going through that. It's not easy hopefully they will grow up or you will be old enough to move out soon. Have you tried the grounding method for anxiety ? It helps me out a lot. Find 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear , 3 things you can touch, 2 things you can smell, and one thing you can touch. I sounds crazy but it helps.
