I have a very bad sleeping disorder. When I sleep little : I am tired. When I sleep a lot: I am tired. Can Barely do anything with my brain day in and day out. I take vitamin pills and it doesn't do anything. I stick to my sleeping schedule. I don't know what to do and for the past few weeks I have been thinking about drugs and the benefit of some. Just to get somewhere in my career.

  • how long has this been going on? You might be under a lot of pressure or you might be suffering from mild depression. Please go see a medical professional as this is not normal and sleep is essential for a healthy mind. Sounds like you need a holiday
