when I was two, a speech therapist came to my day care and went around asking the parents questions. When she got to my mother, She asked if I had learned 500 words et. my mom said "heck! she has 2000-3000 words!" the speech theripst was just like "yeah, right." so she asked if I spoke with one to two syllable words yet. my mom simply said "three and four syllable words as she needs them." the lady didn't believed her. at that moment, I ran up behind my mother saying that "There is a yellow helicopter in the sky! Yellow is my favorite colour! I really like helicopters! I might want to drive a helicopter some day! this is the sign in sign language for helicopter! I love yellow helicopters!" the speech therapist was speechless. A speech therapist not being able to talk, imagine that.
